Here's another project we're working on. This car belongs to a friend of mine, Robb. He just got a new body kit and paint job. The Final Speed rims went on about a month ago. He has a new set of HKS Hyper Dampers as well.

The motor is internally stock, with the exception of the headgasket and RAS.

The turbo kit is all custom, built from what we had on hand. It has an Apexi Cast Iron RX6 (IHI) manifold with a T3 flange welded on and ported to match. The turbo is a custom creation, T04E AR.60 compressor housing with what I believe is a 60 trim wheel? It's pretty damn big. I'm not sure of the exact specs of the compressor. The exhaust is an AR.63 Stage 3 T3. He custom built a wastegate pipe to adapt the HKS Standard Wastegate to the Apexi Manifold as well. This setup may sound pretty crazy, but the overall kit is a sturdy construction bult for very little money.

For fuel, he's running on a Walbro 255 pump with 850cc RX7 FD secondary injectors. He has a Power FC with boost control kit, FC commander, and Innovate Motorsports Wideband.

Greddy Radiator, Greddy FMIC, Z32 MAF, Full straight 80mm exhaust, and a custom downpipe round it out.

Here's some pics from the finishing touches in the paint booth, and also today outside the shop.

He's putting down somewhere around 350rwhp right now, with room for tuning. Eventually this thing is gonna be a rocket.

This car can be seen running in most of the videos on http://www.zeroyon.com

He has done a lot of work on his own. I like people that aren't afraid to learn and get dirty. http://forums.freshalloy.com/images/graemlins/smirk.gif

No, thats a custom color, its a heavy blue pearl over black base color.

The front bumper is a knock-off of the Do-Luck (Aero Wivern) Bumper that I used to have on my car when it was black. This particular bumper is made by http://aeromaster.jp

They got some nice ones there. Is it alright if I just live my exterior modded dreams through you guys? Living in Chicago & body kits don't mix.

Heh heh... sure. Sorry you live in a place where body kits are not compatible with the roads.

i dunno man, i think you and your buddies on that rock have some of the best s13 taste on this board.

that ride is off the chain! love the color and restraint with bodykit and rims and everything working together.

possibly a candidate for a cheetah print valve cover? http://forums.freshalloy.com/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

Well, if we line up all of our cars, you won't see a wing, and you won't see any combat shogun body kits, either. We all kinda believe in making the car as fast or faster than it looks... so if your car is gonna be really flashy, you better have some serious sh$t backing it up. http://forums.freshalloy.com/images/graemlins/wink.gif

Damn right. Now all you have to do is spread the word to all the ricers back here in the states. Tell them you lived in Japan for X years and none of the cool people did any of that crazy shite.

The paintjob isn't flashy, but that's not a bad thing. It's creative, while still maintaining a pseudo-stock look...me likey.

You said you used secondary fd injectors. I had a set laying around and tryed this on my car and the fd injectors where to small for the fuel rail. Is there a sleeve you can buy to use them or did you guys do a custom job of it? Pics please.
