Infiniti Maintenance Plan Coverage problems?
Any of you have an Infiniti Maintenance Plan (Premium, Elite Schedule 1, etc.) and have had problems getting coverage of certain repairs and replacements?
I purchased Elite Schedule 1 and certain coverages were represented to me at the time of purchase. When it came time to have the maintenance done, Infiniti refused to provide the coverage. I took the matter up with Infiniti Consumer Affairs who gave me a wholly inadequate response which didn't even address the evidence and documentation I provided to them - which showed clear langauge to the contrary in the very service agreement which they drafted. I was told that they will not cover it, and there was nothing else they can do and I had to either take it up with the dealership where I purchased the plan or to "pursue it as I see fit."
So, that is exactly what I am thinking of doing, and would like to know if any of you out there have experienced similiar problems and frustration.
Thanks guys. My G37 is my first Infiniti and I am definintely sour on the brand right now.
