I have the
complete S14 rear suspension with Energy Suspension bushings installed. The ones I installed are the graphite impregnated black ones, which also looks sleeper. There are about 150 miles on the upper arms and 200 on the spindle/lca. The spindle and lca are still on my car so miles will build on them. The suspension feels great and very communicative with these bushings installed. Read my review of them here:

Reason I'm selling is that I daily drive my car most of the time, so I decided I wanted more comfort and went back to stock arms. I also no longer have the time to keep up with lubricating the arms every couple of months. I'm actually still looking for someone who can provide me with the LCA and spindle so I can bring those bushings back to stock as well.
The
upper arms (Traction, RUCA, Toe) are in excellent condition. Only rust on the underside of the RUCAs. They are going for
$25 a piece + shipping. I am also available for local pickup. This puts the whole set for $150.
If you have the
Spindle and LCA and would like to swap, please let me know so we can meet up on a weekend and do a
trade + some cash on your side. Preferably, 5 lug with the Spindle, halfshaft/axle, and LCA attached so we don't have to mess with any of the bigger more fragile connections (ball joint boot, axle cap, etc.)
