S13 Hatch 1993: Full 180SX Aero Kit, SR20DET

I've been in the process of converting my 1993 S13 Hatch to a dedicated track car for the past few years, but between work and school and other life events, I haven't been able to get it finished. To add to it, while at the track on September 26, the engine developed what sounds like a rod knock. I haven't torn down the engine to determine exactly what's wrong and I'm not sure when I'll have time. My thought is to see if there are any buyers interested in taking over my project. A mostly complete list of upgrades is below. Tires and brakes have one track day on them, so there should be plenty of life left in them. Cars is aligned and corner-weighted and handles great.

The 180sx body kit is not yet completely installed, but I can provide pictures of the new, uninstalled side skirts, front lip, taillights, etc if there is interest.

Car is in the DFW area. I'm looking to get around $8500 for everything. This works out to less than 1/3 of what is in the car.
